A clear price before you commit
Fixed-price gifts show the full amount payable, with contents, curation, wrapping and delivery itemised before checkout. Custom gift quotes confirm the complete total before you commit.
Our starting charges
Curation from £15.00. Wrapping from £5.00. Custom delivery charges are confirmed in your quote.
Fixed-price gifts are dispatched within 5 working days. Dispatch time is separate from carrier transit time. Contact us before paying if a specific arrival date is essential.
Your delivery date
Add your preferred date and destination postcode to your request. Availability, sourcing time and delivery arrangements are confirmed in your quote. Submitting a request does not reserve a date.
Collection or direct delivery
Ask about collection or delivery directly to the recipient. Collection location, delivery charges and any geographical restrictions will be agreed before an order. We do not need the recipient’s full address at the enquiry stage.
When you pay
Fixed-price gifts use Stripe’s secure checkout. Custom gift orders are paid only after you approve the written quote. Never send card details through the gift brief or email.
