What’s included in the price?+
The displayed budgets are for gift contents. Curation, packaging and delivery are additional and itemised in your quote. You approve the full total before paying.
Can I choose the products?+
Tell us any must-haves or preferences in your brief. We agree the final selection with you before sourcing. Availability can vary.
Can you send it straight to them?+
Request direct delivery with your card message. We confirm the destination, costs and arrangements in your quote before collecting a full address.
What if I need it soon?+
Add your preferred date to the brief. We check availability and confirm timing; a request alone does not reserve a delivery date.
What about returns or cancellations?+
You can withdraw a quote request without charge. Once an order is agreed, cancellation rights depend on the goods and service. Choosing a curated edit does not automatically make all items non-returnable. See our terms for details.
Do you offer corporate gifts or party favours?+
Use the corporate / event occasion and include the quantity in your brief. We’ll discuss feasibility and quote individually.
