Who handles your information

What we collect
Your name, email address, gift preferences, contents budget, postcode, requested date and optional card message. Please describe the recipient’s interests without including sensitive personal information. We do not collect payment card details through this form.
Paid orders
For online purchases, Stripe collects payment details and the delivery address. We receive order, payment-status, contact and shipping information to fulfil your order. We do not receive your full card number. Transactional emails are sent through Resend when connected; email addresses and necessary message details are shared for that purpose.
How we use it
We use your brief to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote and, if you proceed, organise your order. This processing is for steps requested before a contract and for fulfilling an agreed order. We do not add you to marketing lists from this form.
Where it is stored
Requests are stored in a database supported by the Sites hosting platform and Cloudflare infrastructure. The studio area is restricted to the authorised owner. These service providers process information to operate the website; processing may involve locations outside the UK.
How long we keep it
We review enquiry records and remove them when no longer needed to handle your request. Records for completed orders may need to be kept for accounting, disputes or legal obligations. Retention for an agreed order will be explained when you proceed.
Your choices
You can request access, correction or deletion of your personal information, object to applicable processing, or ask about your data rights. Some rights are subject to exceptions. Use our contact email if displayed, or submit a brief marked “privacy request” with enough details to identify your enquiry. Do not provide identity documents through this form.
You can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
Cookies
We count aggregate shop page loads by day to understand site use. This creates no visitor profiles and uses no tracking cookies. We do not use advertising cookies. Necessary hosting and studio sign-in functions may use essential cookies. Gift enquiries are saved on the server rather than in browser storage.
