Orders, gift requests & returns

Requesting a gift

A brief is a free enquiry and does not create a paid order. You may withdraw it without charge. Images show wrapping inspiration; they do not promise specific products, sizes or brands.

Fixed-price orders

Before payment, review the exact contents, full price, delivery charge and dispatch time. Online checkout is supplied by Stripe. An order is recorded as paid only after payment verification. If an item cannot be supplied, we will contact you and arrange a refund rather than make an unapproved substitution.

Before a custom order

We will confirm the products, all fees, delivery arrangements, business identity and contact details, payment terms, and applicable cancellation rights in writing before you place an order. Please keep a copy. We will not source products on the basis of an enquiry alone.

Substitutions

Any material change to an agreed product selection, price or delivery date needs your agreement before we proceed.

Cancelling an order

For standard goods bought at a distance, a cancellation period of 14 days generally runs from receipt, subject to statutory exceptions. A themed or curated gift is not automatically exempt. Clearly personalised or made-to-specification goods may have different cancellation rights, which must be explained before you order.

Services have their own cancellation rules. Any request to begin a paid curation service during a cancellation period, and any consequences, must be agreed explicitly. Submitting this gift brief is not that request.

Standard online gift returns

For ordinary fixed-price gift bundles, tell us within 14 days after delivery if you wish to cancel, then return the goods within a further 14 days. You do not need to give a reason. We refund the price and standard outbound delivery charge within 14 days after receiving the return or evidence it has been sent, whichever is earlier. You pay the direct return postage for a change of mind; we cover reasonable return costs for faulty or incorrect goods. A deduction may apply for handling beyond what is needed to inspect the goods.

The curation or wrapping charge is not automatically non-refundable. Any exception for genuinely personalised goods or a separately agreed service must be explained and agreed before the order. Fixed-price checkout does not ask you to waive cancellation rights.

Cancellation form

You can email us with: “I give notice that I cancel my contract for the following goods: [gift name]. Ordered on: [date]. Received on: [date]. Order reference: [reference]. Customer name: [name]. Customer address: [address]. Date: [date].” A clear cancellation message is sufficient; using this format is optional.

Faulty or incorrect goods

Your statutory rights for faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods are unaffected by personalisation or these terms. Contact us promptly with your order reference and a description of the problem so we can resolve it.
